Traci Quimby is the founder of Her Health First, a Registered Nurse, and a certified health and life coach with a passion for helping women navigate the healthcare system with confidence. Through her professional experience in healthcare and patient advocacy, she has seen firsthand how overwhelming and confusing medical care can feel for many women.

Traci created Her Health First to provide guidance, education, and care coordination that helps women better understand their health, prepare for medical appointments, and make informed decisions about their care. By combining her clinical background with coaching principles, she supports women in gaining clarity, building confidence, and taking a more active role in their healthcare journey.

At the heart of Traci’s work is a simple belief: when women feel informed, supported, and heard, they are better equipped to take charge of their health and their future.

DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP

Tamesha serves as the Director of Community Partnerships, where she is dedicated to building meaningful relationships and developing initiatives that create positive impact within the community. She brings a diverse professional background that spans logistics, healthcare customer service, and licensed health insurance services, allowing her to approach community engagement with both strategic insight and practical experience.

In addition to her work in healthcare and community outreach, Tamesha has a strong culinary background and a deep appreciation for the art of food presentation. Her culinary experience reflects her creativity, attention to detail, and passion for bringing people together through food and culture.

A cancer survivor, Tamesha’s personal journey has strengthened her commitment to healthcare advocacy and community support. She is passionate about connecting individuals and families with essential resources while fostering partnerships that drive meaningful and measurable change.

Through her leadership and resilience, Tamesha continues to advocate for stronger communities, improved access to services, and collaborative solutions that make a lasting difference.

DIRECTOR OF HEALTH RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT

Selly-Ann is the Director of Research & Development at Her Health First Wellness Collective, where she leads initiatives focused on improving health education, wellness support, and access to resources for both men and women. With a strong background in healthcare operations, clinical data management, and patient-centered services, she brings a research-driven approach to developing programs that promote better health outcomes and community well-being.

Selly-Ann has extensive experience working with healthcare systems, managing clinical data across multiple electronic medical record platforms, and supporting patients through remote monitoring and healthcare navigation. Her work emphasizes data integrity, patient education, and the use of technology to enhance healthcare accessibility and engagement.

In her role at Her Health First Wellness Collective, Selly-Ann is committed to advancing research initiatives, creating impactful wellness programs, and helping individuals and families navigate the healthcare system with confidence.
